In order to download the MP3 to the PSP, you need to connect the computer to the PSP with a USB cable. Leave the PSP switched off while you do this, and switch it on once the connection is made. Next you need to create a folder inside the memory stick of the PSP to save the music to. You can call it whatever you want as long as it is inside the PSP folder called Music. How to download the MP3 to PSP from there is to simply copy the music you want and paste it into the folder you just created.
